OLIVETHY™ — RETURN POLICY

Olivethy™ understands that customers may occasionally need assistance after receiving an item. Return requests are reviewed according to the condition of the product, the reason for the request, and the circumstances of the order.

Requesting a Return

Customers should contact service@olivethy.com before sending an item back. Please provide the relevant order information and a clear explanation of the return request.

When appropriate, our support team may request photographs or additional information to understand the product condition.

Product Condition

Unless the return concerns a confirmed product issue, items should generally remain in suitable return condition and include components or accessories originally supplied with the product where reasonably possible.

Products showing damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or use inconsistent with supplied instructions may not qualify for the same return handling.

Incorrect or Problematic Items

Do not send products to an unconfirmed location. Where a return is approved, Olivethy™ support will provide the relevant instructions for that case.
